All Teachers and Consultants have been Certified in Mindful Business and as Mindfulness Meditation Teachers. We are here to teach companies how to practice systemic wellness and achieve sustainable results. We do this by delivering online and in-person courses on Introduction to Mindfulness in the Workplace, Mindful Leadership, and Mindfulness and Sustainability (i.e., Social Capital, Environmental Impact, and Financial Sustainability).
